Flatware

Knives – Our monoblock knives feature tapered blades, sharp tips and detailed serrations created from precision edge technology. They are highly ductile, and do not become brittle even under high temperatures.
Knives are all forged and full tang construction.
All pieces are polished and finely ground. Sturdy and solid, crafted for repeat usage and washing.

Forks – All forks are polished and sanded cleanly, including the slots and roots. The tines have uniform lengths and spacing, and are sharp enough to easily pierce through food, yet be safe on the hand.

Spoons – The bowl of our spoons are perfectly symmetrical and deep enough to scoop up food securely. The edges are sharp but would never injure the mouth.
All pieces are finished with a polish on the A , B and C sides.
